Where We Travel

MOTORCOACH

All our motorcoach tours depart from the Hendersonville area. If you are a resident of Henderson, Buncombe, Polk, or Transylvania County, you will enjoy door-to- door service; that is, we’ll pick you up at your home and return you to your home after the tour. Upon arrival at your departure point, you’ll board our luxury motorcoach and your adventure will begin! At the end of the tour, the motorcoach arrives back at a central location where smaller vehicles await you and return you to your door. Typically, our motorcoach destinations are no more than a two-day drive from the Western Carolinas.


FLY/DRIVE

Our fly/drive tours also depart from the Western Carolinas, but guests from other locations may join the tour—usually at a hub airport. Royal-Class, door-to-door service applies here as well, except that you will be taken directly to the airport instead of to the motorcoach. The Globe Treks luxury motorcoach will be waiting for your flight in the destination city. We guarantee quality travel accommodations throughout your stay. And, you will not be bothered by any of the annoying details of travel—we handle all your luggage at the airport and arrange tickets, boarding passes, and gate transfers for you. Our fly/drive tours are fully escorted from beginning to end by a professional Globe Treks tour manager. Fly/drive tours include destinations throughout the United States and Canada.


INTERNATIONAL

International tours involve air travel to an overseas destination. For our Western Carolina guests, door-to-door service is identical to the service we provide for our fly/drive tours; however, guests from other locations may join us along the way. On all international tours, you will be escorted by a professional Globe Treks tour manager from the time of departure from Western Carolina until your arrival home. In addition to our own tour manager, most of our international tours utilize the services of local, professional guides to enhance your understanding of an area’s culture and points of interest. As with domestic fly/ drive tours, some guests may elect to join an international tour from a hub airport, such as Charlotte or Atlanta. Upon reaching your destination, you will be met by a private, chartered motorcoach. Other forms of transportation such as cruise ships or trains may be used as well, depending upon a specific tour’s itinerary. As with all our tours, Globe Treks will handle your baggage and ALL of your meals are included in the price of the tour.
