La dolce vita

La dolce vita (the sweet life) describes the intimate magic of Italy and our tour to Bel Paese (the beautiful country) in October. Globe Treks owner, Greg Sutter, accompanied a group of nineteen guests to Milan, Lake Como and Venice. It was a fabulous nine day journey filled with history, art, culture and food!

"Our recent trip to Northern Italy was our first trip to Europe, as well as, our first tour with Globe Treks. It went beyond our expectations. Aesthetically, Lake Como and Bellagio were both beautiful and interesting. The food was wonderful! The shopping great! Historically, visiting the different cathedrals and villas was something we will always remember. They were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing Michelangelo's "Last Supper" was one of the many highlight of our trip. Learning about the city of Venice, its structure and history was very enlightening. We look forward to traveling with Globe Treks in the future."
