This five-day luxury-packed trip begins our annual tour series that visits some of Condé Nast’s top 25 hotels in the South. Experience the beauty of Beaufort, from the heart of inviting rocking chair lined porches, lush gardens and landmark Historic District filled with exquisite architecture. Next it’s The Willcox (#11), in Aiken’s stately horse country. Here, the gilded age lives on in this beautiful, historic and very personal hotel. Interiors beyond the grand, and it’s white columns reflect Aiken’s equestrian heritage, which still includes steeple chases, harness racing, and fox hunting. The Pheasant Room serves delectable Southern cuisine to celebrate an extraordinarily special tour experience.
