Broadway shows have it all: the magic, the music, the costumes, the choreography, the special effects and the pageantry. These elements combine to fill our hearts with joy one moment and then break them into a million pieces the next. And we love it.

Globe Treks day tours to the Peace Center in Greenville for their 2018-2019 Broadway season feature some spectacular shows, including Miss Saigon in January of 2019. Experience this new production of the legendary musical about the last days of the Vietnam War. It's the story of 17-year-old KIm, forced to work in a bar run by a notorious character known as the Engineer. Kim meets and falls in love with an American G.I but are torn apart by the fall of Saigon. Kim goes on an epic journey to find Chris, who has no idea he's fathered a son.

Inspired by the beloved films, the romantic and adventure-filled new musical Anastasia will be on stage at the Peace Center in Greenville in late October. This dazzling show transports us from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past.

Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing conman and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love and family. Don't miss this new musical featuring opulent setting, dazzling costumes and a soaring score. Anastasia is the uplifting story about discovering who you are and defining who you are meant to be.

What would happen if you combined the creative elements of Monty Python and Sherlock Holmes? The result would be the slightly unusual (non-musical) show called The Play That Goes Wrong which opens the 2018-2019 season at the Peace Center in Greenville in early October.

The Play That Goes Wrong has become Broadway's funniest and longest-running play and has been called " a gut-busting hit" by the New York Times.. The show is a slapstick-filled farce, set in a theater that is staging a murder mystery. It's the opening night of The Murder at Haversham Manor and things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. With an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can't play dead and actors who trip over everything (including their lines).
