The Glenn Miller Orchestra is still the most in-demand Big Band in the world. With its unique jazz sound, the group is considered to be one of the greatest bands of all time. Come enjoy an afternoon of big band music in the charming and historic surroundings of the Newberry Opera House!

The present Glenn Miller Orchestra was formed in 1956 and has been touring consistently since, playing an average of 300 live dates a year all around the world. Some of their Top 10 hits include ”String of Pearls”, “Moonlight Serenade”, “Chattanooga Choo Choo” and “Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree (With Anyone Else but Me)”.

Tour Includes:

Seating for the 3:00PM matinee at the Newberry Opera House in Newberry, SC.
Lunch enroute at one of our favorite restaurants.
Transportation via our private Mercedes Benz Sprinter.
Complimentary onboard beverages and snacks.
Fully escorted tour with experienced tour manager.
Tour will depart from the Globe Treks office at approximately 10:30AM and return at around 7:30PM.
